As per ESSTS Rules, each officer –including the immediate past chair– shall remain in office for a period of 3 years.

The available board positions for 2023-2026 are: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.

Our online candidacy form below will remain open until Sunday, 23 April 2023.

All those who become members of the Society during an election year acquire voting rights.

This year, the voting will be held online; it will begin at 13.30 on 8 June 2023 during the general assembly at our upcoming meeting in Brussels. The voting platform will remain open for 24 hours to allow those ESSTS members not attending the conference to cast their vote as well.

The results will be announced at the closing ceremony on 9 June 2023. Online announcements will follow.

All applications will be shared via email with ESSTS members 4 weeks prior to the upcoming board elections. The members will have a chance to review the candidacies and exercise their voting rights online on 8 June 2023.
